Yoga for Kids in the Playroom
Certified kids yoga instructor Susan Mandal will host Yoga for Kids at Fork & Bottle on Wednesdays from 4:30pm. Susan earned her certification from Next Generation Yoga, a renowned Yoga studio in New York.
The class will introduce yoga to kids in an extremely imaginative, creative, and fun way. Classes incorporate easily understood explanations of breathing techniques, yoga poses, and focus and concentration exercises all while maintaining a playful environment. Classes end with time for little ones to lie down, relax and receive a calming foot rub (their favorite part of class!).
The first class is appropriate for kids aged 5-8. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve a place and for additional details. Only 6 kids per class. The class is donation based and kids need to bring their own yoga mat.
